HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A 77-year-old woman remains hospitalized in critical condition following a crash in Kaimuki on Sunday.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on Harding Avenue, near 6th Avenue.
Officials said a 50-year-old woman was attempting to turn left from 6th Avenue onto Harding when she struck the woman who police said was crossing the road in a marked crosswalk.
The driver was not injured and remained at the scene.
According to HPD, neither speed, drugs, nor alcohol appear to be contributing factors in the crash at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
